Powering your cameras are easy with our Plug In Transformers or CCTV Power Distribution Boxes.  CCTV Camera Power Supplies are available in either 12VDC or 24VAC, please see individual camera specs to determine the proper voltage to use.  

How To Choose a CCTV Camera Power Supply

When selecting an individual Plug In Transformer (power supply), please choose one that will power the camera to the maximum amperage required. For instance, some Night Vision Cameras require 1 Amp or higher in order for the illuminators to reach full capacity.  If a .500mA is selected, the camera will not work to specs and the illuminators may never turn on. 

When selecting a CCTV Power Distribution Box, please choose one that will support the total amperage required per camera.  For instance, if using a total of 4  Night Vision Cameras, each using 12VDC & 1 amp per camera, please use our 12VDC, 4 Channel, 5 Amp Rated box.  If a 12VDC, 4 Channel, 3 Amp Rated box is used, the cameras will not power to specs and you may receive no images at all.
