PAN-TILT-ZOOM (PTZ) / SPEED DOME CAMERAS
Typically known as the "Eye In The Sky or Casino Cameras". These cameras can be controlled to Pan left or right, Tilt up or down and Zoom in or out. Known in the industry as PTZ or Speed Domes. Use the preset points to set the camera on a 360° tour or design your own tour. Our PTZ's can be connected to any of our DVR's and can also be controlled using the DVR on-screen PTZ controller. An other option is use a special PTZ keyboard controller to manually direct the camera into a viewing area of your choice. The additional keyboard is also useful in setting up your preset points.
We offer these units in both indoor use and outdoor use as well as Internet (IP) Ready (please see IP Camera section for IP PTZ's). CCTV Knowledge is highly suggested. Please note our outdoor PTZ's are all IP66 rated for direct outdoor use and the heater/blower will help keep the unit running in the cold of winter, as well as the sweltering summer heat (see temperature perimeters on spec sheets).
