Return Policy
You must call
us to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number BEFORE
returning merchandise. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number
CLEARLY marked on the shipping box will be refused and returned to
sender. Shipping charges are not covered by any SecuritySystemsDirect.biz warranty,
unless by exception. SecuritySystemsDirect.biz is not responsible for any
packages received without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of
the box. All products should be returned in their original, unaltered,
resalable package. There should be no physical damage to the product
such as foreign material (adhesives, oil, dirt), damaged covers, housing
cases, dents and physical scratches, missing parts, product tampering,
or no box. There are no returns on video test kit monitors, covert
cameras and covert systems, these items will only be repaired or
replaced. Any return that is not in new condition with appropriate box
is subject to an additional 20% restocking fee or immediate refusal. If
free shipping was offered on any items, the customer will now be
responsible for the cost of the initial shipping.We ask that upon
receipt you immediately check your received merchandise for accuracy.
After 14 days, we assume your order was accurate, so be sure to check
your packages even if you are not using the equipment immediately. If
you observe that the box in which your items arrived in appears damaged
by the shipping provider, you must contact us immediately within 24
hours so we can arrange an on-site evaluation by the Shipping Provider. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all NON-DEFECTIVE returned goods.
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, SecuritySystemsDirect.biz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Typographical Errors
In the event that a SecuritySystemsDirect.biz product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SecuritySystemsDirect.biz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SecuritySystemsDirect.biz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SecuritySystemsDirect.biz shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by SecuritySystemsDirect.biz without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
